Aptamarker Authorized Service Providers represent an expanding global network of leading contract research organizations (CROs) and service proteomics laboratories committed to providing the latest innovations to their clients.

The Aptamarker platform provides a level of information beyond existing High-Plex proteomics platforms through an advance in depth, same 16.8M probes are applied to every sample. Key advantages include application to non-human samples and extension of existing High-Plex datasets through the characterization of post-translational modifications (PTMs) on candidate biomarkers. There is no need for new or specialized equipment to perform the analysis, and the platform utilizes NGS Next Generation Sequencing for readouts. We are also committed to providing a path to commercialization of our probes in end-user applications.

To qualify as an Aptamarker Authorized Service Provider each organization must complete a training course and demonstrate acceptable efficacy with a qualifying test set. Maintenance of Authorized Service Provider status is subject to an annual evaluation of performance.
