Aptamarker Platform – Reproducibility Study White Paper
In this white paper we outline the strategy and rationale for assessing the reproducibility of aptamer structures for the Aptamarker library within a single Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) channel. Our objective is to quantify technical reproducibility across biological replicates using normalized structure abundance and to identify patterns of variability. The reproducibility of our platform was evaluated across five samples in triplicate. We observed a median coefficient of variation of approximately 10%. This clearly demonstrates the robustness of this platform.
